Are you a creative gardener looking to expand your summer
gardening projects throughout all of the seasons? Where are
the free seeds, what can you cut off and grow? Are you worried
that you are buying plants that are not hardy enough for your
region or climate? Do you and your neighbors feel like
you are always in competition for the best garden, the prettiest
flowers or who is going to have the plants that bloom first?
Now you can have an edge!
Now you can have the ability to extend your vegetable season
well into November, plus you have the added bonus of starting
your spring gardens in a controlled environment in the early
months of January and February. Then by May you will have
a complete line of starter plants, at just a fraction of the
cost compared to buying them through a vendor no matter where
you by your plants from.
When you are able to start your own plants each spring you
get a satisfaction of a full garden without the worry of frost,
heavy rains or drought destroying your plants before the summer
growing season starts. A greenhouse provides you with the
needed stable environment that can kick off your growing season
on the right foot.
When you grow your own started plants, consider the price
of seeds, and how many seeds you can buy of your choice compared
to the price of what starter plants cost. Start plants, at
a minimum, cost $1.00 per plant and this is usually a plant
that is not very high in quality. A pack of seeds, even just
cucumber seeds may cost you $1.00 and you can have up to twenty-five
plants from one pack of seeds! You can save money growing
your own, you know what is used in the growing process protecting
your family from harmful chemicals, and you get the satisfaction
of gardening through extended seasons!
Wonderful gardens start in a greenhouse, the gardening hobby
starts with just one plant, and your greenhouse can take the
best of both and combine them for a wonderful lifetime in
gardening!
