WARRANTY INFORMATION

WARRANTY: The National Hideaway comes with a full 1 year warranty that all products manufactured by National Greenhouse will be new and free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from receipt by the customer. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

HIDEAWAY GREENHOUSE WARRANTY
The Hideaway comes with a full one (1) year warranty that all products manufactured by National greenhouse company will be new and free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from purchase of the greenhouse by the customer.

This warranty is expressly subject to the following terms and conditions.

The remedy for any claims arising from defective material shall be limited to repairing or replacing the defective material or, where applicable, a refund. NATIONAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OF DEFECTIVE OR NON CONFORMING MATERIALS OR FOR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NATIONAL’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE HIDEAWAY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Where such state limitation or exclusion on these warranties exist, those limitations and exclusions will apply.

The express warranty stated herein is the exclusive express warranty applicable to the Hideaway. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TIME PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Where such state limitation on the duration of implied warranties exist, the limitations on the duration stated in this warranty will not apply.

Customer specifically agrees that National products, whether manufactured by National or others, once delivered to the customer, is not of National’s control and will be put to uses or under circumstances wholly unknown to National. Customer agrees to use such product in a reasonable manner, to inspect it regularly, and to be vigilant for the safety of himself and others.

Claims under this warranty must be made in writing to National at the address set forth below within 20 days after discovery of the defect. National shall have an additional 20 days to inspect the Hideaway before any further action shall be taken.

Abnormal atmospheric conditions to which this warranty does not apply include, but are not limited to hail, exposure to salt, water spray, corrosive or harmful chemicals (whether solids or liquids or gases), airborne contaminants, or other abnormal conditions of a similar to dissimilar nature.

The Hideaway is a non-load rated structure, thus is not certified to carry snow load or wind load.

This warranty shall not be applicable to damages or defects caused by acts of God, falling objects, external forces, explosions, fire, riots, civil commotions, acts of war, excessive radiation, or other such similar or dissimilar occurrence beyond National’s control.

Defects or damages to the Hideaway caused by handling, shipping, transit, processing, storage, or installation are not covered by this warranty.

The Hideaway is not warranted to weather uniformly under non-uniform conditions of exposure or use.
